我问问你这几个词的区别：
every four years, each four years, every fourth year, each fourth year，
每4年，每一个4年，每第4年，每一个第4年，糊涂了吧？哈哈。
造几个句子；
A new President is elected every four years. 每四年选一个总统。
A new President is elected each four years. 每一个四年选一个总统。
A new President is elected every fourth year. 每到第四年选一个总统。
A new President is elected each fourth year. 每一个第四年选一个总统。
你是不是打错了，each four year比较奇怪，不是each fourth year就是each four years
注意有语法可能会说each fourth year这样的说法不对，比如：
“every+ 基数词+ 复数名词=every+ 序数词+ 单数名词，作“每(多少)”解，但each不能用于这一结构中。 如：
every three days 每三天或每隔两天，相当于 every third day。（

实际上语法是死的，语言是活的。答案d固然正确，b也不能算错。随便找几个例子：
